Hi Gorgeous — I’m Krista Haynes, founder and designer of KHCustoms. What started as a passion project in 2015 has grown into a trusted name for athletes around the world.
As a former competitor and lifelong fan of bodybuilding, I know what it takes to step on stage with confidence.
Every suit I design is made to fit flawlessly, move beautifully, and make you feel unstoppable. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into helping women shine — crafting each piece with precision, care, and a genuine understanding of what this sport means to you.
The KHCustoms Ordering Process
Your dream suit, made simple. Here’s how it works — from inspiration to stage-ready.
1. Plan Ahead
We recommend starting your order at least 10 weeks before your show, although it is almost never TOO early to order. This allows time for design, production, and any adjustments you may need before show day. Elaborate figure design? It's best to give us 14+ weeks for appropriate planning.
2. Send Your Inspo
Have a vision in mind? Email us your favorite suit(s) — Not sure where to start? Narrow down your favorite styles and colors — we’ll help you fine-tune the details.
3. Customize the Details
Want to combine two looks into one? We got you covered. Any tweaks you'd like to make to a look, we can go over.
If you’re unsure what will suit your organization’s guidelines, we can offer guidance and suggestions based on our experience with different federations.
4. Ready to Order
Once we’ve nailed down the details, we’ll send over the information you'll need to complete the order form. Once your order is reviewed, we'll send over your invoice to reserve production. Regular orders typically ship around your 3-week-out mark, with express options available if needed.
5. Suit Arrival
When your suit arrives, we recommend trying it on right away and send us a quick fit update. Need adjustments or have questions? We’re always here to help — your perfect fit is our top priority.
5. Suit preservation
Competition suits are not meant for consistent use. It's advised to only wear your competition suits for a quick fit check leading into your show, and not to be worn daily for check-ins.
Pro Tip
If this is your first show or first time working with us, we strongly encourage clients to invest in a practice suit to preserve the life of your competition and AND to test your preferred fit and coverage before your competition suit is made.
